Highly flexible door system for every customer request, in the core basic depth of 75 mm

Highly efficient with excellent performance characteristics: The Schüco ADS 75 SimplySmart door series combines outstanding thermal insulation properties with high stability and efficient fabrication in a single system. An intelligent new feature is the ability to scale the system within a basic depth using additional components, such as a centre gasket, in order to fulfil different customer requirements in a tailored way.

As the basic version of the 75 mm basic depth, Schüco ADS 75 BL (Basic Line) SimplySmart is the direct equivalent to the Schüco ADS 75 HD.HI door series. Thanks to the 5-chamber profile construction with a double insulation level, the additional use of foam-filled insulating bars or glazing rebate insulation is not required. Uf values as low as 1.9 W/(m2K) are achieved with this design. The pioneering 5-chamber profile construction also allows the structural values to be significantly improved: A flexible hybrid connection in the door leaf with a split connection in the outer profile and a fixed connection between the inner profile chambers, ensures the construction is highly stable whilst also minimising the bimetallic effect.

By integrating the centre gasket and glazing rebate insulation, which are standard to the system, the Schüco ADS 75 SimplySmart door series achieves Uf values as low as 1.6 W/(m2K). The centre gasket allows additional high-performance characteristics to be achieved, such as watertightness to 750 Pa.

The scalability within the door system means that Schüco ADS 75 BL SimplySmart and Schüco ADS 75 SimplySmart can be tailored to individual customer specifications. The areas of application range from highly frequented buildings with a connection to the building security system through to residential properties with high requirements in terms of energy efficiency, design, and functionality.
